Responsibilities include employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, workers' compensation, performance management, policy implementation, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of California employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
